- 1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Reference number F1D1018263A002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. If there are no offers received from a small business concern, this acquisition for small business set-aside may be dissolved and the acquisition open to all responsive bidders. 4. The NAICS code is 423620 and the size standard is 100 employees. 5. This RFQ is for brand name or equal items. All equal items must be accompanied by specifications. The RFQ has seven (7) line items as follows: CLIN 0001 Qty One (1) EA Brand Name Kolpack Model No. SK7-068-CI or equal, indoor combination walk-in storage/cooler/freezer, overall dimensions 12'3" X 8'6" X 7'6", 3 phase, 5' -10" W, 7' -9" L, 7'-6" H, w/floor, 26ga embossed galvalume interior & exterior,.100 smooth alum. floor, 34" Self closing door centered on first dimension (door and door section to include one vapor proof light switch); CLIN 0002 QTY One (1) EA Brand Name Garland Model No. SS686 or equal, electric range, 208 volts, 3 phase voltage, 36" Restaurant, Sentry Series, Electric, 6 high performance sealed element burners, standard oven, with 10" high backguard, all stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel legs; CLIN 0003 QTY One (1) EA Mantitowac Ice Machine Model No. SY0454A or equal, Ice Maker, Cube Style Manitowac Model No SY-0454A or equal, S-Series Ice Maker, cube style, air-cooled, self contained condenser, up to 450lb approximately 24/hours, stainless steel finish, half-dice size cubes, Energy-star qualified; CLIN 0004 QTY One (1) EA Manitowac Ice Machine Bin Model No B-400 or equal, with top-hinged front openingdoor, approximately 290lb ice storage capacity, for top-mounted ice maker, stainless steel exterior; CLIN 0005 One (1) EA Blodgett Combination Oven Model No BCX-14E or equal, 208 volts, 3 phase voltage, stainless steal, 42.30" x 40.19" x 23" high; CLIN 0006 QTY One (1) EA Blodgett Open Stand for BCX-14E Model No ACS-22-8 or equal, stainless steel, 42.30' x 40.19' x 23' high; CLIN 0007 QTY One (1) EA Blodgett caster (wheels) for BCX-14E stand Model BCCP or equal, 4 - 6.5" high wheels. 6. DELIVERY FOB: Destination. Payment terms: Net 30 days. 7. The provision at FAR 52.212.1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. Multiple offerors and awards are hereby deleted from this solicitation. ALL QUOTES MUST BE FOR ALL ITEMS, AS STATED, PARTIAL QUOTES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. AWARD WILL BE MADE TO A SINGLE VENDOR. 8. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. Price is the only evaluation factor. Addendum to Paragraph (a), The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the most responsive, responsible offeror whose offer represents the BEST VALUE to the Government in terms of the following factors in descending order, Technical capabilities and Price: Offers will be evaluated for completeness, reasonableness and competitiveness. An offeror's proposed price would be determined by multiplying the quantities identified in the pricing schedule by the proposed fixed unit price by contractor line item number to confirm the extended amount. The Government reserves the right to enter into an agreement with other than lowest offeror. The Government intends to enter into an agreement without discussions, nevertheless, the Government may communicate with an offeror in order to clarify or verify information submitted in its offer. 9. Offerors must submit representations and certifications in accordance with the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with their offer. FAR 52.212-3 can be downloaded from the internet: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representation information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation, may be excluded from consideration. 10. All FAR Clauses and provisions incorporated by reference may be viewed in full text via the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ or http://www.arnet.gov/far/.
