- Description
- The United States Army Yuma Proving Grounds (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Aeroflex Cupertino 10411 Bubb Rd., Cupertino, CA 95014-4149. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 with a standard size of 750 employees. This contract will consist of one (1) EA Analysis Software bundle to include; BSA-FSK BURST, BSA-FSK, BSA-AM/FM/PM, BAS-PULSE, VSS-FSK/MSK, VSS-AM/FM/PM, VSS-PULSE, VSS-ETSI, VSS-TIA, VSS-SW SEQ, and Site Installation. This requirement is for an upgrade to the Areoflex broadband signal analyzer and generator currently being utilized at YPG. Areoflex is the manufacturer and holds proprietary rights to the broadband signal and generator. Interested parties must submit technical literature showing their capability to meet the Government requirement no later than 11:00 A.M MST on 29 September 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
