- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PR-NC-08-10866, and the procurement is being issued as full and open competition using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. All responses from responsible Small Business sources will be fully considered. The NAICS Code is 541519 with a Size Standard of 150 Employees. This action is for supply of one FalconStor Storage Solution. CLIN 0001, FS-PKG-NSS6D-A, One Pair of NSS-S6 Appliances; 100% Redundant Solution; Includes Ten (10) Windows Client Packages, Includes Cross-Mirroring for full redundancy, Includes two (2) NSS-S6 Appliances, Includes 10 windows client packs and supports up to 16 total clients (any number of connections each for multipathing) CLIN 0002, FS-AGT-HYP-WINL ? HyperTrac Windows, Provides High-performance, direct data path for backup servers to backup/restore application servers (Provides LAN-free/Serverless Backup) CLIN 0003, FS-FTS-24X7, Maintenance and Support of above Solution for one year, 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week, for 365 days CLIN 0004, CLIN 0004 Professional Installation Services for the above FalconStor product deployment, Includes assessment, planning, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer Vendors shall breakdown the price of CLIN 0004 into its basic elements, to include number of hours, price per hour, and other direct costs of this CLIN. The evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of provision 52.212-2 is as follows: Price only The government will award on the basis lowest price.
