- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to the authorized U.S. distributor for High Maintenance/Complexity Surgical Equipment, Supply Products contractor on FSS/GSA schedule under SIN 66 III, Category 605-2A for Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. The anticipated date of award is 1 October 2008. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal not a solicitation for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
