- Sole Source Intent The Government intends to award a sole source contract to All Power, Inc. for the repair of the Global Hawk electrical maintenance facility in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. It is in the best interest of the government to restrict competition to eliminate the dissemination of sensitive materials. The acquisition of this construction contract is necessary for the 9th Reconnaissance Wing to satisfy mission accomplishment. The procurement of this construction must be completed in a timely manner in order to meet mission requirements. All Power has performed initial and follow on maintenance for this facility and others related to this project for Beale AFB. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210.
