- NSN 1560-00-944-5007, proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for Elevator, Aircraft, in accordance with Bell Helicopter CAGE 97449, P/N 205-030-856-93. Approved source of supply is Chem-Fab Corp (Triumph Controls) CAGE 3H339. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin applies. Item is critical application and a Critical Safety Item. Configuration control applies as well. Government First Article and Production Lot Testing are required. A technical data package DOES NOT exist for this item. Base period is 12 months with an option to extend terms of contract for 4 option years. Estimated annual demand is 27 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 7 each for the base year only. Requested delivery is 223 days. Possible stock locations include: San Joaquin, CA and New Susquehanna, PA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The solicitation will be available on or about 10/9/2008. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
