Description
The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), U.S. Department of Labor, is seeking qualified sources interested in providing customized coveralls for federal mine inspector use. Coveralls may include, but not limited to agency logo, US Flag patch and reflective striping. MSHA is soliciting bids/proposals with this request. A Solicitation is available at this time with diagram of coverall requirements. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this notice. ALL ITEMS TO BE SUPPLIED UNDER A CONTRACT RESULTING FROM THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BUY AMERICAN ACT. (See FAR Clauses 52.225-1 and 52.225-2) Proposals must be submitted electronically with the cost proposal as a separate attachment or as a separate e-mail referencing the solicitation number. Do not include pricing information with the technical proposal. NAICS code is 315225. Telephone inquires will not be accepted. Responses must be provided to MSHA within 10 days of the publication of this notice to Mr. William Och, Contract Specialist or Katheryn Hampton, Contract Specialist Acquisition Management Division, Mine Safety and Health Administration, 1301 Airport Road, Beaver, West Virginia, 25813. Fax number (304) 256-3332. For electronic submission, please use och.william@dol.gov or hampton.katheryn@dol.gov to submit material in MS Word or Word Perfect.
