Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334515. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 1000 employees. This solicitation will be utilizing full and open competition. This is a commercial request for repair of the E8257D Low Noise signal Generator by Agilent Technologies This item is failing the 1 KHz offset, at 100 MHz, 600 MHz. The A28 YIG Oscillator is defective. The A28 YIG oscillator assembly will need to be repaired, replaced and installed. Pricing shall include delivery FOB Destination to Nellis AFB NV, 89191. Quotes should be in the following format: Price for each item independently, price for combined line items including shipping cost FOB Destination. Award basis Best Value. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offer: technical capability, price and delivery schedule. The award shall be made in the aggregate.
