- DCSO-P will be issuing a "sole source" solicitation (RFQ): SP4701-08-Q-0143 for Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Programs, Child and Youth Program for Engineering and Architectural sevices through the DLA Headquarters Complex located in Ft. Belvoir, VA. The requirement is for inspction and consultation services associated with facility architectural and engineering practices that support Congressional and DoD law, policies, standards, and directives. This action will serve to ensure that appropriate insudtry standards for childcare (physical) facilities are met, thus ensuring that these standards will lead to energy and environmental cost savings, to the Government, iin addition to promoting the health and safety of the (CDC) staff and children.
