- - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. - The 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale AFB, CA is hereby releasing this solicitation as a Request for Proposals and intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. - This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. - This acquisition falls under NAICS 541512, with a small business size standard of $23M. This solicitation is offered as a 100% Small Business set-aside. - The Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), quantities, and units of issue are listed below. See the attached statement of work for more information on the requirements: 0001 Positron 9-1-1 Upgrade Equipment, Installation, and 1st Year Maintenance 0002 Verification and Entry of Telephone Data 0003 Fiber Optic Cable Installation * Additional information on pricing may be included in your proposal, but this is in addition to pricing presented in the format above (based on these three CLINs). - The place of performance is Beale AFB, CA. The installation plan is due to 9 CONS within 30 days of contract award in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. - Proposals may be submitted via email to Justin.Beltz@beale.af.mil or by FAX to 530-634-3311. Ensure that quotes include the required items in FAR 52.212-1.
