- Synopsis for Utility Trucks The Contracting Office, Sierra Army Depot, intends to award a single, firm price contract for the acquisition of the following items: Four (4) ea utility trucks for use at Sierra Army Depot. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336112. This acquisition is being solicited as 100 % set-aside for small business. The solicitation will be issued as a Commercial Solicitation SF1449, for Firm Fixed Price type contract, in accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to electronic medium. Offers are due 9 Oct 2008 at 2:00 pm PT. Anticipated award date is 23 Oct 2008. The anticipated posting of the solicitation is 24 Sep 2008.
