- Description
- Residential live fire training addition. Andrews Air Force Base is intending to award a contract for live fire residential training addition to the fire training facility including installation at Andrews AFB, Maryland. This commercial acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The contractor is expected to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, administration and services necessary to provide and install a live fire residential training system addition. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS Code) is 332311. The delivery is required within 6 months after award. This action is for planning purposes and is contingent on end of year funding and is subject to availability of funds. The government does not guarantee an award from this solicitation. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 19.14, this action is 100% small business set-aside. Offers shall be reviewed and considered by the Agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government’s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. The solicitation notice will be posted on or about 19 Sep 2008. Point of Contact is Selina F.
