- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Solicitation GS06P09GXD0002, Custodial and Related Services, Federal Office Building and U.S. Courthouse, 339 Broadway, Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Contract period is for one (1) base year with four (4) one year options. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options(s), is not to exceed five (5) years.
