Description

This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information on proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. In accordance with FAR 13.104 Promoting Competition, The Drug Enforcement Administration solicited bids from vendors and the lowest quote was accepted. International Surveillance Technology provided the lowest quote. The intended order will be for Sixty (60) Disguised Microwave Clock Radio S-Band (2200-2300 MHz) with Audio (Subcarriers of 6.8 MHz and 7.5 MHz) Color Camera A/C Powered 120v A/C plus shipping and handling. The total price proposed and accepted price is $200,556.00. As a result, the DEA will provide an order to International Surveillance Technology. There is no solicitation available. If there are any concerns with regard to DEA's intent please contact Ghazala Shabnam. Closing date is September 29, 2008 at 10:00 AM EST.
