- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall furnish the following: Weapons Racks for M9, M4, 203, MK19, M249 and other similar equipment. Details to be release with the Solicitation. NAICS is 423440 with a size standard of 100 employees. Solicitation will be released on or about 24 September 2008. Solicitation will be provided email. Reference the solicitation number W911S7-08-T-0699, state the name of the requestor, mailing address and telephone number, CAGE Code and Federal Tax ID Number. Email request will be accepted. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation in the event funding does not become available during the offer acceptance period.
