Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued as solicitation, FA2517-08-T-6201. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. (iv) This acquisition is procured as a small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811212 and the size standard is $23 million. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes. (v) The EMC firmware, hardware, and software itemized listing being supported is attached. The maintenance services are being procured as Brand Name only. Services must be performed by an authorized EMC service provider. (vi) The commercial services is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation to provide 24/7 maintenance services for the attached itemized EMC firmware, software, hardware listing from 14 September 2008 to 13 July 2009 by an authorized certified EMC technician. CLIN 0001 - EMC 24/7 Maintenance Services 12 months (vii) All maintenance services shall be priced to be provided for Peterson AFB, CO.
