- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston, SCintends to award a sole source contract to First Databank, Inc, San Bruno, CA for Enhanced FRAMEWORK Data Bundle Software Licenses, Maintenance, and Support for server sites and laptops at Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) throughout Department of Defense Health Affairs (DoD HA). The product will provide increased capability for clinical screening and documentation of DoD personnel and dependents, and it will be used in the following Theater Medical Information Program Joint (TMIP-J) applications: Electronic Medical Records, Electronic Medication Administration Record, Electronic Medication Order Entry, and Medication Dispensing. A commercial, firm-fixed-price type contract is anticipated with a base period of one year and two one-year options. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210, and the size standard is $25 million. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals.
