- MODIFICATION NOTICE: Bids are being solicited under solicitation number FA2517-08-T-6216. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract pursuant to FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This is a brand name or equal acquisition. If providing an "or equal" item, vendor shall provide specifications and technical data to justify an "or equal" claim. If your company can provide the product/services listed on the solicitation and comply with all of the solicitation instructions, please respond to this notice. This requirement is a total Small Business set-aside, Standard Industrial Code: 3999; NAICS: 333319; Size Standard 500 employees, and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The solicitation will start on this date posted and will end on 2008-09-26 14:00:00 Eastern Time.
