- The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) at Tripler AMC, Hawaii intends to award a commercial, non-personal, firm fixed price contract for annual maintenance and repair of the following Government-owned equipment: Refrigeration Monitoring System and associated components. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 November 2008 through 31 October 2009 (Base and 4 Option periods). Required services include but are not limited to: 1) Providing labor, parts, materials, travel and equipment necessary to maintain the listed equipment in accordance with OEM specifications, (2) Performance of one Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) and IG/OQ Test, to be scheduled once a year, (3) providing troubleshooting assistance by telephonic support twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and/or on-site support as necessary. The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source set-aside (Note 22) to Rees Scientific Corporation.
