- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.. SOLICITATION #: F3G3LA8224A004 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes NAICS: 561990 This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as Full and Open. There is NO small business set-aside incorporated. Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV requires a contract for Air Show Traffic Control Support. This requirement will be for an initial period plus two (2) option periods. The initial period of performance will be from 8-10 Nov 2008. The specific dates of performance for the option periods will be established with the contractor via letter of intent NLT 60 days prior to the event each year, with a modification to exercise the option provided NLT 15 days prior to the event. See attached Statement of Work for complete requirement description. This is a firm fixed price type contract. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Contract award will be based on lowest price techincally acceptable. All quotes shall include the following minimum information: Cage Code, Duns Number, Taxpayer I.D. No., Payment Terms, and/or Discount Terms, Offerors Reps and Certs, Point of Contact, Phone, Fax, and Email. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Quotations may be emailed to sherri.ashby@nellis.af.mil no later than 3 Oct 08, 12:00 pm PST. The anticipated award date will be by 6 Oct 2008.
