- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, supervision, transportation for pickup and delivery services, for laundry service to provide and deliver clean (approximate sizes) 10" x 14" Grade A #1 Shop Towels to, and remove dirty and soiled towels from various MCBH locations. The contract shall be for a one-year period of 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009. The contractor is required to comply with Marine Corps Directives and all federal, state, and local Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rules, regulations, and laws as they pertain to the proper handling and recycling of used shop towels that may contain oils, greases, paints, solvents, and other hazardous constituents. A single award will result from the solicitation. This requirement is reserved for small businesss. Quantities are estimates and not guaranteed. Quoter must pick-up and deliver shop towels onsite at various buildings! throughout MCBH once weekly on Wednesdays. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is M00318-07-T-0248. This procurement is reserved for small businesses. NAICS and the small business size standard for this procurement is 812331 and 14.0 million respectively. The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed-price contact. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance considered.
