Description: This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 and DFARS Change Notice 20070913. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for total small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310, size standard 6.5M. This is a best value award. ***This request for quote is for planning purposes only. Funds are not available at this time and may or may not become available. A site visit will be conducted on Friday 26 September 2008 at 1000hrs GMT +10(ChSt)/Thursday 25 September 2008 at 2000hrs GMT - 4:00 (EST) at the Coral Reef Fitness Center on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. If you do not have access to base please meet at the Visitors center 15 minutes prior.
