- MICC Center Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Johnson Control to replace/retrofit, HVAC Direct Digital Controllers that will tied to the existing JCI Metasys system for the Van Voorhis School at Fort Knox, KY. Johnson Control is the equipment manufacturer and only known source with the capability of completing the work required.Comments must be received, in writing, no later than 2:00 PM, 26 September, 2008.
