- Cincinnati VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a commercial services contract to purchase: Evaluation of the telephone care system (Telcare) within the VISN 10 geographic area and to be completed by 1 November 2008. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541618. The Government intends to proceed with a commercial services contract for the required services. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 commercial services. Any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within two (2) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Telephone and facsimile requests/inquiries will not be accepted. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information can be sent to the Contracting Officer at RonaldMichael.Morgan@va.gov. If electronic format is not available, then please send to Contracting Officer Joseph Boggs, Cincinnati VAMC, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH, 45220. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
