- LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT: The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 10,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of storage space in Boyers, Pennsylvania for the Office of Personnel Management. OPM currently occupies space in Boyers, and the cost of a physical move as well as the proximity of the storage space in relation to the current office space will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation is economically advantageous. LEASE TERM: One year (1) with termination rights in whole or in part by the Government at any time within 120 days written notice. DELINEATED AREA: Branchton Road to Route 308 to Atwell Road/Oakwood Road to Boyers Road to Harrisville Road to Branchton Road. WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building name and Address Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square footage and approximate rental rate Common Area Factor Owners name and address Submit by COB September 25, 2008 Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space.
