- The USMS has a requirement to utilize EZ passes for law enforcement vehicles for tolls under the port authority, metro transportation authority, for tolls in NY, NJ, MD or wherever EZ pass is accepted. This service is only available through the City of New York MTA Bridges and Tunnel Authority and therefore will be awarded as a sole source. If there are any other vendors that can provide the same services please respond with a quote by 9/29/08.
