- Questions and Clarifications for Minneapolis VA Podcasting Project 1. What kind of length do you see these podcasts at? The only answer I have is that it depends on the script. It needs to be long enough to cover the topic. 2. Should these podcasts include video or still images? Still images. This project is for audio, not video podcasts. 3. Can the script (or at least an outline) be written in advance? In advance of what? 4. Can the editing (if video is included) be done afterward at our company? We're only asking for audio. 5. How would you like the quote? E-mail? Fax? E-mail is fine. 6. For the samples requested in section H., can we provide links to digital samples? Yes 7. Beyond including samples and completing Form 1449, would you like a detailed proposal or any further information? We're looking for quotes only. 8.Are you looking for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) response and if so, do you have an approximate dollar range regarding the contract value? Yes. I'm not allowed to reveal the government estimate. 9.Is there an incumbent vendor and if so, who ? No incumbent vendor. 10.Do you have an estimate for the entire length in minutes of the podcasts or vodcasts (video)? It depends on the script, and we're only looking for audio. 11.How many minutes of video do you anticipate? We don't know yet, and video isn't a part of this project. 12.Are there existing multimedia assets which may be repurposed for this initiative including video, audio, images, and graphics? No. 13.If a vendor is registered in both CCR and ORCA, does this preclude having to complete the Certs and Reps in the solicitation? Yes. 14. Do you want the pricing submitted separately? We're only looking for a price submittal.
