- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of the solicitation. Solicitation number H9222208T0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 under NAICS code 611699 with a small business size standard of $7M. USSOCOM intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order. All terms, provisions and conditions are contained in the solicitation. Offers submitted in response to this RFQ shall be submitted electronically as a 'pdf' attachment to an email. Offers must be received by 12:00 PM EST on 27 Sep 2008. Any questions or comments regarding this notice and responses to the solicitation shall be submitted to contracting@socom.mil with the solicitation number in the subject line of the email.
