- Description
- The purpose of this Amendment is to correct the Set-Aside code that was previously used. The subject solicitation was inadvertently posted as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) set-aside which violates Department of Defense (DoD) policy. The DoD has suspended the use of SDB set-asides resulting from the Supreme Court decision in the case of Adarand v. Pena. The intention was to solicit this requirement as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside, and the mistake was administrative in nature. Please see the amended solicitation to reflect the aforementioned change(s).
