- IQC08259009013, INSULATION, ELECTRICAL TAPE Application: VARIOUS This solicitation will contain FOUR NSN’s 5970-00-019-5620, 5970-00-832-4298, 5970-00-949-4846, 5970-01-012-4280 for Tape, Insulation, Electrical, ; Estimated Annual Demand for NSN 5970-01-012-4280 each, Max Annual Contract Qty : 1000 each. The Estimated Annual Demand for NSN 5970-00-949-4846 is 500 each; Max Annual Contract Qty is 1000. The Estimated Annual Demand for NSN 5970-00-019-5620 is 700 and the Max Annual Contract Qty is 1000. The Estimated Annual Demand for NSN 5970-00-832-4298 is 400 and the Max Annual Contract Qty is 1000. The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited as A SMALL BUISNESS SET-ASIDE FOB: ORIGIN with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about 10/07/08. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
