Description
The Army Reserve Contracting Center East (ARCCE) intends to solicit and award the acquisition of the Maintenance and Repair to buildings, facilities and structures at various United States Army Reserve Centers and Federal Installations within the 81st Regional Readiness Command (RRC) geographical area, Zone 2. Areas of performance shall be required within the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and all supervision necessary to perform all work. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220. The proposed action is for a one-year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)/ Requirements contract. Additionally, two, one-year options will be included in the proposed contract. This acquisition will be set aside for competition restricted to HUBZone small business concerns, as verified on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA), IAW FAR 19.1305. The solicitation will be posted on or about 15 August 2008 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The solicitation will include Federal Acquisition Regulation contract provisions, a bid schedule and performance work statement. The performance work statement will include details of required work elements. It is the responsibility of offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov.
