- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN DENVER, CO STAR #: 8CO2156 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 13957 rentable square feet in Denver, CO. The space should yield 11763 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government is interested in considering alternate space only if it is economically advantageous. This economic determination will include the cost of move, alterations, internal material handling, internal operations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. The Government will require nine (9) covered parking spaces. The delineated area must be within four (4) blocks of the Chancery Building 1120 Lincoln Street, Denver, CO 90203 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
