- Update as of 09/23/2008 An Industry Day will be held on 2, October 2008 starting at 12:30 p.m. (local time). The conference will begin at 12:30 p.m. at the Residence Inn Arlington - Pentagon City, 550 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA, 22202. There will be signage in the main lobby instructing interested parties of the exact meeting location (room number) of the conference. The purpose of the conference is to familiarize the bidders with the scope of work, address procurement process, and familiarize the bidders with the proposal requirements. Attendance at the conference is strongly recommended. In order to participate, all interested parties will be required to submit participants names on company letter head (Maximum three (3) representatives per company) to Margaret Butler via email Margaret.Butler@DHS.GOV by 09/29/2008, please reference SESI Industry Day. Participants will need to check in (at location) prior to entering the conference room.
