28 - SPARES OC-ALC/DSCR/ZBAC/DLR PROCUREMENT OPS/DLA OKLAHOMA CITY 3001 STAFF DR STE 2AC1/109B TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3032.F100 SUPPORT, BEARING SOL SPRTA1-08-R-0111 Item 0001NSN:2840-01-383-7771 NZ, P/N:4081128.Item Description: 11.000 inches diameter X 5.00 inches in height; the #5 bearing inner support is located in the fan drive module and is part of the #5 bearing support which helps to maintain oil flow through the oil compartment. Material: Spec PWA 1267 Titanium alloy. Applicable to: F100/229 EngineDelivery:Monthly Beginning On or Before 30 September 2009 Quantity: 11 each New Material Solicited. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 27 August 2008.The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 26 September 2008.The anticipated award date will be 31 October 2008.No telephone requests. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be sent from this office. The solicitation will be available for download only at www.fbo.gov. It is anticipated that this requirement is sole-source to: Pratt and Whitney, United Technologies Corporation (Cage 52661) since they are considered the only current approved source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Non-approved sources wishing to submit a bid may do so; however, only qualified sources will be considered for award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed above. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
