- Description
- The U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command (MSC) intends to procure special financial advisory services on a sole source basis from Argent Group Limited of San Francisco, CA. Argent currently provides same services under Contract N00033-05-D-3102, a firm fixed price IDIQ task order Contract. The Contract provides special financial services in support of existing ship lease program. Argent has unique expertise in the Navy's ship leasing program. This current requirement is for an additional $150,000.00 in service to be added by Contract modification to the current performance period. The current performance period commenced 01 October 2007 and will end 30 September 2008. This acquisition will be made on an other than full and open competition bases in accordance with USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information about the capabilities of other companies will be considered.
