- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, MS is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation with not be issued. RFQ-31511-0008-09 is issued as a request for quotation The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The North American Industrial Code is 562219. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is a small business set aside. All responsible businesses may submit a quote. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government based on price. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Federal Correctional Complex, Yazoo City, Mississippi, (FCC Yazoo City), located at 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS 39194, is requesting quotes for servicing five grease traps. Three grease traps( 2,200 gallon) in Food Services at the Low, one grease trap (5,000 gallon) in Food Service at the Camp and one grease trap (1,000 gallon) in Food Service at the Medium. Clean, service and dispose accordance with local, state and federal laws. Services at the Low and Camp will be conducted on the quarterly basis and at the Medium services will be conducted on the monthly basis. Date of service will extend from October 1, 2008, thru September 30, 2009. The proposed cost or price must include all associated charges or fees. Please complete pricing as follows $_______ per grease trap per month and $________ per grease trap per quarterly. Please ensure with your offer you include a complete copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. All offers must be received by the Contracting Officer specified above no later than 2:00 p.m., Central Time, on September 29, 2008. Offers received after this date will not be considered.
