- Description
- Hoses need to be angus chemicoil hoses. That is true lay flat jp-8 compatible fuel hose with the braided rayon reinforced and full coverage clack neoprene synthetic rubber cover. There should be (5) 40 ft. lengths, (14) 100 ft lengths. There should also be (12) 10 ft. lengths of fuel suction hard hose, compatible with jp-8. All lengths to have unisex dry break couplings that are bonded (for static electricity), and hydrostatically tested (for pressure). They should pass a test of 100 PSI operating pressure, 300 PSI burst pressure, and be able to withstand 800 lbs of pull pressure. The coupling should be carter Aeroquip 64020E, or compatible, to join with our current equipment. Coupling should have dust locking dust covers. Hoses are 2" diameter. The "Y" adapters and Over wing refueling nozzles should be compatible with above hoses, and have dust covers. Preferred equipment would be the carter Aeroquip "Y" adapter 64029D. Nozzle would be OPW small nozzle containing in line strainer, 25 PSI regulated pressure, w/ automatic shutoff feature, mated to carter Aeroquip 640208 unisex coupling w/ dust cap and grounding plug.
