- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs has a need for Annual Maintenance that will only include two (2) Preventative Maintenance Services per year for their Computer Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS), and one (1) Preventative Maintenance for their Private Band Exchange (PBX) Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) in the Base Year only, at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, HJ Heinz; Highland Drive; and University Drive Divisions. The contractor shall provide all labor maintenance, materials, adjustments, and travel to required to provide the above services. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform contract requirements. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. This contract will have a Base Year with four One-Year Option Periods. The Preventative Maintenance for the Computer Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) for the Base Year will be in November 2008 and May 2009, and be performed in these same months for all Option Years. The Preventative Maintenance for the Private Band Exchange (PBX) Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS), will be performed in the Base Year Only in November 2008. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued approximately 10/03/2008 on-line only through FedBizopps at www.fedbizopps.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted. POC: Mr. Ronald S.
