- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7 Augusta, GA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, with Mizuho Orthopedic Systems Inc. to provide OSI Jackson Table System for the VAMC Augusta. The NACIS code is 339112. This notice of intent is not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing this equipment to the Contracting Officer via e-mail or fax 334-395-4042. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received not later than 1:00 PM CST on 09/26/2008.
