- The United States Department of Agriculture, OCIO, National Informaton Technology Center (NITC) plans to award a purchase order on a limited soruces basis to Software Engineering of America (SEA), 1230 Hempstead Turnpike, Franklin Square, New York, for a suite of proprietary SEA software products used by the NITC in Kansas City, Missouri. This will be for the upgrade of VTAM/$AVRS, TRMS, VTAM and Archive Browse (Site Licenses). This is not a request for proposal and no solicitiation exists for this requirement. Please submit your response to Jennifer Adams, Contracting Officer, no later than 12 noon CDT, Sepember 29, 2008.
