- NOTICE OF INTENT to award to multiple vendors for fuel delivery. The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Mid-Columbia River National Wildlife Refuge Complex has a requirement for fuel delivery, which includes diesel and gasoline to various refuges in the complex. The following vendors to be awarded. Powell-Christensen Inc (DBA) R E Powell Distributing in the amount of $55,000.00. Heller & Sons Distributing, Inc. in the amount of $45,000.00 and Bleyhl Farm Service, Inc. in the amount of $45,000.00.These vendors are believed to be the only local vendors that can offer such a delivery.The period of performance is from October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009.No solicitation will be issued. Any questions regarding this notification should be directed to Cheryl Mockford, Contracting Officer, 503-231-2394. Awards will be made by Close of Business September 25, 2008.
