- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-25. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Contractors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Register at www.ccr.gov. Applicable NAICS code is 339920. See below for description of equipment requested. Award will be made to the lowest offeror whose equipment meets the Governments minimum needs. Completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 (Alt I) Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; 4. Completed copy of provision at DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. 5. Contractor's phone number, fax number, Duns number, and an email address for contractor's POC. ALL QUOTES ARE DUE BY 26 SEPTEMBER 2008, 2PM LOCAL FORT KNOX TIME (E.S.T.).
