- Description
- The 136th Airlift Wing intends to issue a sole source award to Motorola, Inc. for the AES encryption and Over the Air Rekeying (OTAR) upgrade of 50(EA) Motorola XTS 5000 land mobile. This award will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This notice constitutes the only notice. The government encourages all interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement to submit in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide said requirement. This information shall include at a minimum, pricing, technical literature, and a description of how it shall meet the governments needs. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All interested parties capable of meeting the Governments needs shall provide a response no later then 1:00PM (Local/CST) on 29 Sep 2008 to following email address: 136msg.contracting@txcars.ang.af.mil. In the event the Government does not receive a positive response, it shall promptly issue a subsequent contract.
