- REFERENCE NUMBER: F3W4018173AG02 THIS DOCUMENT INCORPORATES PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES IN EFFECT THROUGH THE FEDERAL ACQUISTION CIRCULAR 2005-20 WHICH CAN BE VIEWED AT: http://farstie.hill.af.mil *** PLEASE SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR A MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF REQUIRED SERVICES. *** "Services, Non-Personal: Contractor to provide all albor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, facilities and transportation, required to provide laboratory services as specified in attached statement of work. Contractor shall pick up laboratory specimens in building 208, 470th Air Base Squadron, US Clinic Laboratory, Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base, Germany. Specimens will be picked up between the hours of 0900-1400 hours, daily (excluding German holidays) and emergency calls pick up if required. Transportation conditions must ensure no specimen deterioration occurs."
