- The Rock Island Arsenal intends to award RACOM, 201 W. State St., PO Box 574, Marshalltown, IA 50158-0574 a contract for the access to the RACOM trunk radio network using RACOM portable, mobile, and base radio on a Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This effort also includes all technical service work, support, programmin, and parts 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for the period of performance October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. This synopsis is being published for subcontracting purposes only. No solicitation is being issued. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. This announcement is not a request for quotations.
