- This amendment is issued to Solicitation number W9124R-08-T-1110 to add the additional requirement(s): The contractor shall also provide for the installation of all three marquee signs. The site drawings indicating the location for the installation of each marquee sign can be accessed at the Mission & Installation Contracting Command Center-Yuma website at: http://www.yuma.army.mil/site_contracting.asp. Additionally, the following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses apply only to the installation portion of this Solicitation: 52.222-5 Davis Bacon Act- Secondary Site of the Work (JULY 2005), 52.222-6 Davis-Bacon Act (July 2005), 52.222-7 Withholding of Funds (Feb 1988), 52.222-8 Payrolls and Basic Records (Feb 1988), 52.222-9 Apprentices and Trainees (July 2005), 52.222-10 Compliance with Copeland Act Requirements (Feb 1988), 52.222-11 Subcontracts (Labor Standards) (July 2005), 52.222-12 Contract TerminationDebarment (Feb 1988), 52.222-13 Compliance with Davis-Bacon and Related Act Regulations (Feb 1988), 52.222-14 Disputes Concerning Labor Standards (Feb 1988) and 52.222-15 Certification of Eligibility (Feb 1988).
