- The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) intends to award a sole source contract to Pitney Bowes, Inc. Federal Government Sales located at 7630 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, VA 22003 for digital postage meters for the existing agency owned Pitney Bowes mailing systems model numbers A100 and F800 that are located at several NLRB locations. The government intends to make award for the period of one year. No solicitation document is available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes however NLRB will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 3:00 pm on Friday September 26, 2008. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required postage without additional cost in equipment, at terms more advantageous to the government. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all the requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to award a sole-source award to Pitney Bowes. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
