- The US Army Medical Command, Southeast Region has a requirement for a Piezosurgery Kit. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Piezosurgery Inc, 750 Communications Parkway, Columbus, Ohio 43214-1948. 1 each Piezosurgery Kit, Part # 1000001 to include 1 - Piezoelectric Surgical Handpiece, 2 - easy torque K% insert wrench, 1 surgical sterilization tray, 1 basic kit #1, (5 surgical inserts) inserts: 0T1, OT4, OT7, Op1, OP3, 1 basic kit @ 2 (5 surgical inserts) inserts: OT. This is not a request for proposal. However companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representative for consideration for future requirements.
