- This is a request for quotation for commercial items to be acquired under FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solcicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued under NAICS code 811219. The Government has a requirement to procure a maintenance agreement to perform Testing and Certification of Biological Safety Cabinets. This agreement will be for the Baker Safety Cabinet, model number SG603A. The contractor shall provide testing and certification on Biological Safety Cabinets twice a year for 10 units. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, decontamination, and Ultra Violet bulbs. The Preventive Maintenance Services and replacement of appropriate filters and safety assemblies are for biolgocial safety cabinets used in the screening of all mail for the Pentagon and FOB2. All service shall be performed on-site by personnel able to meet Inegrated Tracking System entry requirements. Responses must be submitted via email to the Point of Contact below.
