- DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to ASG Federal, 12700 Sunrise Valley Dr., Reston, VA 20191. This acquisition is a follow on purchase of ASG MidTier Software Support. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance for one base year and three one-year options. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the solicitation not later than COB, 22 Sep 2008 via the following address: betty.burris@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement. This is a small business set-aside. See Numbered Note 1. *****
